We handcraft every piece like it’s meant to ride through generations. That takes time, but we don’t leave you hanging.
ORDER PROCESSING
Your order will be wrangled, packed, and prepped within 21 days (not counting weekends or public holidays) after we confirm it via email.
Once it ships out, you’ll get another notification — saddle up, it's on its way.
If we’re ever backed up due to high demand, we’ll shoot you a message and keep you in the loop.
Please note: postal delays are sometimes out of our hands — storms, strikes, or slow ponies.

We offer:
$15 flat rate express (AU) / standard (NZ) for all other orders
Expect next-day delivery in Victoria, and around 2–3 business days for the rest of the states.

We ship worldwide — because wild hearts don’t have borders.
$30 standard post worldwide.

DAMAGED ON THE TRAIL?
If your order shows up looking like it went through a stampede, email us right away at gday@highnoonhat.co with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll assess every case fair and square and do our best to liaise with Australia Post & make it right.
